- 1 Applicability
These terms & conditions are an integral part of each agreement between seller and buyer made either by e-mail, by telephone,
through the website or in our store. For purchases on eBay by auction, buy now or in our store, the conditions of eBay
primarily apply. If you make an agreement, it is assumed that you fully understand and agree with our terms and conditions.
Modifications are possible only by written permission of the seller.
- 2 Revoke
In the case of trade on distance, the consumer, being each person who’s acting for purposes not related to his business or
commercial activity, has a right of revoke without fine by writing to the seller within 7 working-days after the agreement
was made. Shipment charges for returned goods are to be payed by the buyer. Goods should not be damaged and should be returned
in the original and unopened packing.
The revoke is not applicable for software with broken warranty seal, formatted harddisks, all consumer goods and deliveries
made on measure.
- 3 Coordinates

- 4 Payments
All sales are payable in cash, excepting for other agreements in writing. For sales on distance, via eBay, or via the website
or otherwise, payments can be made by bank transfer to our bank account or to our PayPal account. All goods remain our property
as long as the full price has not been paid.
When payments are made too late, an intrest of 10% per year is due, starting at the due day.
- 5 Breach of contract
When breach of contract by the buyer occurs, the vendor has the right to claim an indemnification of 15% of the selling-price
with no exception of the right to prove higher loss.
- 6 Disputes
All our contracts are submitted to the Belgian laws. When the customer who is a person that’s acting for purposes not related
to his business or commercial activity, acquires products or uses services, all disputes regarding the present contract will be
judged by the court at the residence of the customer. All other cases are subject to the judgment of the courts at Hasselt. |
